ecotherapy, walking groups, meditation and more

I provide a nurturing space for individuals to connect with self, nature, the place and space we find ourselves in (which we are a part of, not apart from), fostering holistic well-being, personal empowerment and a sense of community and connection. Offering unique, fun, creative wellbeing sessions, I aim to inspire with humour a deeper appreciation and curiousity for the space and place we find ourselves in (inside and out) and to support personal growth.

I work in all types of environments, from hospital beds, office space, sitting rooms, local parks, architectural buildings, art galleries, historical sites, online and even heated swimming pools. I incorporate history, neuroscience, the natural world, particle physics, architecture and other elements into the process, giving individuals a lasting understanding of connection, leaving them curious about the world and finding that they apply these into their every day.

My professional training and experience has been in body work, actor, writer and stand-up improviser, playback theatre, storytelling, performance and public speaking coaching, Yoga Nidra, NSDR, heart, brain and breathing techniques, neuroscience, CFS and chronic pain and illness with life-long disabilities, horticulture (professional veg and fruit gardener), creative meditation, integrative psychotherapy and counselling, death and dying, Samaritan, Women Within, psychodrama and ecotherapy (what a mouthful!).

I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of settings, including working with addicts in recovery (both in London and Cape Town), destitute women and children, the elderly, in community settings, those with adaptive needs and chronic illness and disabilities and on private retreats and public and corporate settings.

My interests lie showing how all of us can use what nature gave us to engage with our bodies and minds and the environment we find ourselves in to foster a sense of connectedness and reframe the idea of loneliness and being alone.

I have over two decades of experience working with high profile organisations and individuals, academic institutions, treatments centres and individuals, including partnering with The Royal Parks UK to deliver ecotherapy and mindful walk sessions, and am a trained Ramblers UK walk leader, providing free wellbeing walks in partnership with London Borough of Camden and Ramblers UK. I am a member and alumni of the Yoga Nidra Network.

I also worked professionally for decades in crisis and strategy comms for senior ministerial departments, a leading national UK charity and consulting start-ups before focusing the majority of my time on Pasithea and continue to be an established multidisciplinary performance artist and writer.

As an established accessible and wellbeing consultant, I work with advising start-ups, tech and product designers, developers, employers, HR departments and post-graduate design students.
