Private sessions

Private sessions and retreats for individuals and groups. These can be at-home retreats, in a garden, park, on a paddle board or floating in a pool (just make sure it's heated!).

Book your own private session, alone or with housemates and family or choose a virtual session and invite family and friends living in different locations around the world to participate!

Corporate offerings

We all know a positive, calm environment boosts morale, creates better team-work, increases energy and improves mood and job satisfaction. ​Are you an employer with staff working from home, in a busy office or on sick leave and want to support their wellbeing and cohesiveness? Are you wanting to bring something different at the start or end of in-person or virtual conference or event you are hosting that fits in with the current times? I offer bespoke sessions from simple wellbeing, improving balance, energy and focus or on a particular issue such as anxiety, resilience, better sleep and what you feel meet your company and staff needs.   You can choose to have a one-off session or build in weekly scheduled slots.  ​Depending on the session and your requirements, I can be found to integrate music, poetry, nature, movement, walks and creative tasks and even items from the home and office! I can also integrate your company’s ethics or meeting’s objectives. ​Employees and contacts from anywhere in the world to join in. It really is a unique experience. Additional speaking and training services:  I work directly with employers, communities and organisations on helping them find ways to be more inclusive and to better understand the needs of and challenges faced by those living with invisible disabilities. I also guest speak at community, public, health professional and corporate events on the impact of sustaining a serious illness in mid-life, what life is like living with invisible disabilities, the art of human resilience as well as sharing my coping tools and entertaining stories along the way.

Meditation Class


Accessible, disabilities and chronic conditions

Living with a disability, illness or chronic pain can be exhausting mentally and physically and the impact it has on all areas of our lives can make us disconnect from ourselves both emotionally and physically, causing more pain and stress.


Using integrative meditation techniques have not only given me a sense of calm and contentment, eased pain and activated my healing, but also opened up space within me to see that I am more than my disability.

My adaptive meditation and ecotherapy classes are for people living with mobility disabilities, chronic illness and pain, such as but not limited to: spinal cord injury, visual impairment and brain injuries.


I have personal and professional experience with acquired brain injury, cognitive and motor impairment, recurrent meningitis and encephalitis, auto immune diseases, mobility restrictions, crohns and chronic fatigue.

Classes are adapted to the needs of each person attending, allowing you to relax and let go, deepening the mind-body awareness and leaving you with a greater sense of freedom and ease to face everyday activities. You will learn tools to help you better manage chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression. My aim is to ensure that my classes are a safe, social and fun environment for you to nurture and connect with yourself and others.

Classes are kept small in order to allow for the spatial requirements each participant may have. Free for carers. Due to class size limitations and individual requirements, pre-booking is essential.
